U.S. stocks were lower, with the Dow Jones index falling more than 100 points on Tuesday.
Shares of Cementos Pacasmayo SAA – ADR (NYSE:CPAC) rose sharply during Tuesday’s session after Holcim signed an agreement to purchase 50.01% of the company’s owner, Inversiones Aspi. S.A. of the Hochschild Group.
Cementos Pacasmayo shares jumped 47.4% to $10.30 on Tuesday.

- Tilray Brands Inc (NASDAQ:TLRY) surged 15% to $12.57.
- Clearpoint Neuro Inc (NASDAQ:CLPT) jumped 14.2% to $14.14.
- Fermi Inc (NASDAQ:FRMI) gained 11.4% to $9.57.
- Sezzle Inc (NASDAQ:SEZL) surged 9.6% to $72.49. Sezzle authorized a $100 million stock buyback.
- WW International Inc (NASDAQ:WW) gained 7.8% to $26.19. Weight Watchers launched a fully integrated platform for the GLP-1 era.
- Circle Internet Group Inc (NYSE:CRCL) rose 7.7% to $81.24.
- Lemonade Inc (NYSE:LMND) surged 7.4% to $80.59.
- Netskope Inc (NASDAQ:NTSK) gained 6.9% to $20.37.
- Ascentage Pharma Group International (NASDAQ:AAPG) rose 6% to $29.26.
- RH (NYSE:RH) gained 5.5% to $172.60. Barclays analyst Seth Sigman maintained RH with an Overweight rating and lowered the price target from $385 to $283.
- Affirm Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:AFRM) gained 4.4% to $68.56.
